When you sponsor one of our applets, you must first fill out the sponsor form below and submit it to Mandomartis Support, so that we know that your payment is on its way. The sponsorship license will be reserved for you up to 10 days before your payment arrives. When we have received and verified your payment, we will then start modifying our files for the next time the applet is available for sponsoring. When it is time to start your sponsorship, we replace the applets on our site with the modified applet. A copy of the applet zip file will be emailed to you for distribution purposes. • Credit card (Faxing or air mailing an order form) only for one month sponsoring
• International Check (by air mail)
